Product Overview:

DYK series power plant ash handling system consists of two parts, heater and electric control systems with air heater. Electric heater heating elements using 0Cr27Al17MO2 high temperature resistance alloy wire, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel tube for protection tube, crystalline magnesium oxide filler, made after the compression molding process, the service life can be guaranteed. Control of the use of advanced digital temperature controller, IC triggers, such as the combination of high temperature SCR back pressure, regulate, control systems, to ensure the normal operation of the electric heater in the set state.

The product has a high thermal efficiency, good drying effect, stable performance, easy to install, less maintenance, etc., suitable for power plant air delivery chute, vindictive ESP ash and ash library of gasification and other aspects.

Structural features
Heater is a multi-branched tubular heating elements, cylinder, diversion separator composed of several parts. Using tubular heating elements to heat the body, with advanced structure, high efficiency, good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and other characteristics. Diversion cylinder body installed partitions, make the air circulate heat evenly.

Temperature control device

Control device works using XMT-191 is a digital temperature controller, ZK-3 SCR and thermocouples measuring, regulating, control loop. Use the heater outlet temperature temperature measurement devices convert millivolt signal is amplified to the XMT-191 after comparison shows the corresponding temperature value, while the output mA signal, sent ZK-3 SCR voltage regulator. When the display value and the setting value is close, XMT-191 mA signal output by the P, I, D rule change, the control cabinet has good control accuracy and regulation.

ZK-3 SCR voltage regulator according XMT-191 mA signal sent automatically change the number of the thyristor trigger pulse, i.e., the angle of the thyristor control unit, the tuning voltage to control the heating element heating power to achieve a uniform temperature control purposes.
